Ghostline Games was formed in August 2018 by founders Kara Greenfield, Anthony Kizer, Billy Monfort, Rustin Petrae, Lora Sells, and Michael Norris. It is based out of Sacramento, California - one of the newest and most innovative hubs for indie developers in the world.
